I just moved to Texas and needed a front plate holder for my car, the cost of the part for a dealer was way less than I had thought. They even installed it for free, swapped out both plates for me, and scraped my sticker and put it on my vehicle for me. After I paid for the part I realized that I already owned a piece of it so they refunded me for the part that I already owned. The service is what I call above and beyond.

My first experience with an Acura, the service was excellent don't get me wrong but the oil change was pricey I paid $205 for an oil change. is this the norm for an Acura?

This was my first time going to John Eagle Acura. From the moment I pulled into the service department, I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff. I explained what was going on with my car then shown into the service area and was introduced to Scott. He explained to me what they thought the issues might be and what they would do if it turned out to be something other than the battery. He informed me I was past due on a couple of things on my husband's car and suggested I get them taken care of while the car was being looked at. He made sure to keep me up to date on the status of my car. The customer service was wonderful! I typically feel pressured or ignored going into dealerships, but not this one. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and making customers laugh.

We purchased a 2017 ILX from Mr. Bobby, super nice and knowledge man! The financing managers are some pretty tough cookies, so be ready to go through a heavy negotiation process. The waiting area is stocked with cookies, cinnamon rolls, and even has a hot chocolate and coffee machine and cold waters to keep you entertained. Mom loves her mother's day present and this is our first and definitely WON'T be our last Acura purchase!

Highly impressed by the customer service here. Our salesman Scott was so great, I just bought my 2nd car this week. Only wanted one, but he convinced me to trade in another car to get another great deal. He made the numbers work for me without the BS. no pressure and honesty. I'm impressed.
