Awesome Service Advisor like Jackie York is rare in this hectic and times fly too quick life. As soon as my car arrive at the dealer service, Jackie walks me through what services my car actual needs and leave the wants optional, provide me estimated cost and time done and provide me a loaner vehicle so I can do other things with my day instead wasting times waiting at the dealer. Jackie York always fulfill what my MDX needs and put car owner in worry-free mode. Just recen...t I encounter a bad flat tire caused by Hwy 290 on July 4th. I can't change tired because the nut lock missing so AAA tow my car home. I contact Jackie the next day, bring my car in and Jackie gave me a loaner car so I can go to work. Jackie call me later in the evening and explain what happen to my car. He allows me to have worry-free while he seeks best service for my car. If Jackie didn't take care of me, I would have to finding a car to go to work, where to fix and/or buy new tire, worry after worry until I get my car back. When I pick my car up, the Service Manager and Jackie are so awesome that not only did they take care of me with worry-free service and make my car back in its shape like nothing happen. I am grateful that such awesomeness service people are still exist especially they around when I need awesomeness service. Thank you for having these awesome people in your service department. Eric Spencer was a very nice and knowledgeable service tech. He called and kept me in the loop everyday to let me know what was going on with my car. The service was unbelievably good.

RDX purchase - We recently purchased a 2017 RDX from John Eagle Acura. Our salesman Avery was a pure pleasure to deal with. The entire experience was great and no hassle. We definitely would go to him first the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

Service is ok. Good but not top notch. I love my Acura MDX. It is a great car. Just do your research before taking it in to make sure you are getting a good deal when buying/leasing or just getting it serviced like anything else that is a major expense. Most of the staff in Service is great. There's only a few that speak in a way that does not serve their customers in the best way.
