This review is for the Service Center, and specifically Jarrett Alviar. In my 42 years, I have never dealt with a service provider as GOOD, no GREAT, as Jarrett, automotive industry or otherwise. Jarrett is the reason I’ve stayed with my Acura (car maintenance is the one thing that can aggravate me enough to trade in my vehicle against my better judgment)—Jarrett has kept me from making any rash decisions because the maintenance (and maintenance experience) is THAT GOOD. Now, I know Jarrett could not be as great as he is without an awesome team behind the scenes that I do not interact with, so hats off to this entire dealership for helping Jarrett and Acura shine.
Scott Sheley always makes my service experience the best and easiest process. He answers all my questions honestly and let’s me know upfront what I’m looking at for wait time and if taking a loaner is the better option. If you have service needs ask for Scott. You won’t regret it.
